Corona Village in Mitchell

Fabulous find in Mitchell. Staff was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Menu choices are plentiful and prices are fair and in line with other restaurants of this caliber! Warm chips and hot sauce were perfect. The surprise sopapillas delivered for dessert were flavorful and traditional. I’m a Texan and you passed all tests for top notch Mexican food!

Wow! Just an overnight stop in Mitchell, and this place is a must if you want great quality and quantity! Service was fast and extremely friendly! Prices are reasonable. Look no further for a good dinning experience!

Very delicious. Our only complaint was everything ordered was brought out singly. Only 2 of us yet had to wait for both orders to indulge.

Best Mexican food in the area

Very friendly. A little bit of a wait for service, but we did come late in the evening g. Food seemed a little pricey until we got our plates. Their portions are huge! We could have easily split two meals between the four. Food was good and free chips and salsa while you wait. Salsa was chunky and flavorful, chips were a little overdone. Overall a great meal.

Tex-mex food without a doubt. Served hot and full plates. We had the shredded pork enchiladas. Very flavorful as were the rice and beans. Salsa was way too much like tomato sauce and chips were terrible - bad brand which was overcooked. Service was excellent and very quick.

If you are going passed Mitchell you have to stop and eat at the Corona Village Mexican food. It's great.

Food was really tasty and the staff was friendly. When we arrived it was pretty busy but the food came out fast. Would recommend if you’re passing through Mitchell and looking for a nice spot for lunch.

The other reviews did not lie about the big portions! A little prIcey (~$16 a plate) but massive potions. Would go again

This place was great, the staff is very friendly and attentive. Our family of 4 all got different items, and we all finished our plates. If you are in the area and looking for friendly staff and good food, you should stop here.

Best Mexican 🤗🤗 Food was full of flavor and amazing portions! Had top shelf Margarita which was amazing as well. Service was great. Chips and salsa also very good 👌. We live in Wisconsin and we will definitely come back!!

Love this little place so nice a cozy. The service was great. I had a enchilada lasagna was very good.. my husband had a burrito which was huge.. I think it's bigger than Jackie's burritos he said that it's was very good. Very close to Jackie's

The food was very authentic and the pitcher of top shelf margaritas was amazing. My waitress Kiana was awesome ,helpful and friendly. Good place to have a birthday dinner with family and friends. The staff came out and sang happy birthday to one of their customers.

Just as good as the one closer to home, that is located in Laramie, WY.The one here in Mitchell, SD is as good. Portions are big, as usual, and staff is WONDERFUL. At the time we visited, the owner of this one and the one in Laramie was here and was wondering how we "knew" so much about them. Then we told them we are from Cheyenne, WY which is about 45 minutes away from Laramie.I personally recommend this place.

Corona Village is a wonderful place to eat if you like Mexican food. They serve a lot of food, the staff is really friendly and nice, and the prices are reasonable. If you like Mexican food, check out Corona Village! You won't be disappointed.

Great food fast service.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food at Corona Village! The food wasn't loaded with oil and tasted fresh and well-made. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They provided free chips and salsa at the beginning of the meal and a small dessert at the end free of charge! We will definitely stop by again if we are traveling through. I definitely recommend the restaurant for anyone looking to get a good hot meal. Also, they have alcoholic beverages and a bar in the back of the restaurant.

Split a plate unless you are super hungry. Generous portions roughly $13 a plate. Great staff.
